We just want to clarify this is not the case, and the news was started as just a bit of fun. Although it is funny how many blogs are reporting this as truth. The original fake ‘article’ can be found here, and those keen eyed among you will see it features a number of giveaway errors, such as the misspelling of Bangalter.

If and when Daft Punk decide to reveal new material, you can be sure we will be reporting it, fact. But for now just remember Lady Gaga is not producing anything for Daft Punk.
